2. Information Collected Through Enquiry Forms & Infrastructure
We collect information solely through direct commercial transmission, engineering feasibility submissions, and automated telemetry originating from Voltenza DC fast chargers. Specifically, data collection is restricted to:

Voltenza hardware does not ingest end-user payment card PINs or private personal banking credentials. All end-user payment tokens processed through public payment gateways are encrypted at point-of-sale via PCI-DSS validated hardware.
3. Purpose & Use of Commercial Information
Naviocean Exim processes submitted operational records under strict business necessity and statutory contractual mandates. Commercial information is utilized exclusively for:
- > Quotation & Proforma Invoice Formulation: Calculating ocean freight charges, container stowage plans, export duty exemptions, and currency conversion parity for mechanical hardware.
- > High-Voltage Engineering Validation: Simulating thermal dissipation, grid load constraints, and power conversion specs for Voltenza charging units deployed across fleet yards.
- > Statutory Export Execution: Preparing shipping bills, bills of lading, and regulatory manifests required by port authorities, customs brokers, and maritime transit carriers.
- > Service Level Maintenance: Pushing over-the-air (OTA) firmware patches and firmware safety limits to Voltenza charging cabinets based on field telemetry.
4. Data Sharing, Customs Authorities & Third-Party Audits
Commercial confidentiality is foundational to international export trade. Naviocean Exim does not monetize, license, or transfer company listings or buyer datasets to third-party marketing brokers. Data sharing is restricted to audited execution partners:
Export bills and commercial buyer registrations are transmitted directly to the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) via the ICEGATE electronic data interchange, alongside port terminal operators and destination customs houses.
When mandatory pre-shipment inspections or CE/IEC conformities are mandated, technical product manifests and batch tests are shared with third-party accredited inspection agencies including SGS, Bureau Veritas, and TÜV SÜD.
Commercial consignee contact points, container load plans, and HS codes are transferred to authorized ocean carriers and clearing agents solely to generate official Bills of Lading and port collection gate-passes.
Voltenza charging parameters (load curves, connector temperature) communicate with OCPP-compliant backend servers (CSMS) secured via TLS 1.3 mutual cryptographic authentication.
5. Data Retention & Secure Storage Protocols
Export trade records, foreign exchange remittances, and customs clearance documents are archived pursuant to the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) EDPMS regulations for a mandatory minimum statutory duration of seven (7) financial years.
Technical feasibility submissions that do not mature into executed supply agreements are automatically purged from our staging servers within 180 calendar days. Voltenza hardware telemetry is maintained in rolling 90-day diagnostic rings, after which telemetry is aggregated into non-identifiable engineering performance indices.
6. International Sourcing & Cross-Border Communications
As an international trading company, communications originating via this portal routinely cross sovereign digital borders. Enquiry submissions may be transmitted to our logistical staging points, inspection agents, or regional technical representatives located in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America.
By submitting an RFQ or technical assessment, international corporate entities acknowledge that records will be processed under the jurisdictional supervision of the Republic of India, specifically aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and applicable international trade laws.
7. Cookies & Server Logs
Our web infrastructure operates under technical minimalism. We utilize strictly necessary session cookies and telemetry logs designed to maintain network integrity, prevent denial-of-service disruptions, and cache technical documentation.
- Necessary Session Tokens: Cryptographic identifiers validating form state across multi-step RFQ submissions.
- Server Audit Logs: Timestamped records of client IP address, HTTP user-agent, request payload size, and response latency. Kept for 30 days solely for intrusion detection and firewall enforcement.
- No Third-Party Advertising Trackers: We do not deploy advertising pixels or retargeting networks.
8. Corporate Contact, Verification & Data Subject Rights
